Choose your Opportunity to Make a Difference!

"YOUR CHOICE" DONATIONS ~ New for 2015

We know that in addition to providing general support through the Annual Campaign, you may have a special interest in a particular aspect of our work. We have therefore created opportunity for "Your Choice" donations. Annual Campaign donors of $500 or more, may choose to direct gift increases of $100 or more toward one of the following initiatives:

1. Our Jewish Community: For people who love their money to stay local, enriching Jewish life in the Merrimack Valley. We your additional support we can do much more!
   1. Children and Families – Camp Hadar scholarship fund, the new Family Programs Initiative and PJ Library. 
   2. Jewish Cultural, Educational and Social Programs – for all ages including First Light Chanukah Community Concert, the Jewish Film Festival, Guest Speakers, and more.
   3. Leadership Development – Training for synagogue Board members.                                                                                                                                             
2. Joint Distribution Committee (JDC): For those individuals who feel deeply about supporting Jews and Jewish community building in less affluent and struggling areas of the world, JDC has always been a stalwart Federation partner.                                                                              ​

     3.  Yemin Orde Youth Village in Israel:  For those who feel a deep connection to supporting Israel, and would like to have their support directed to a wonderful and effective organization. Yemin Orde is dedicated to giving at-risk and immigrant youth the highest quality care and education. Its success reflects the deeply sensitive approach of the Village to the needs of adolescent survivors of trauma and displacement, many of whom have been separated from their family and are far away from their native land and culture. The MVJF allocates a gift from the annual campaign each year that does not cover all of the needs.
