PROXIES:

At all meetings of the Merrimack Valley Board of Directors, a board member may vote in person or by proxy executed in writing by the board member.  Such proxy shall be filed with the Secretary of the organization before or at the time of the meeting. This proxy shall be valid only for the meeting the proxy is dated for.
